MARK W. HOEMAN SR.
Mark W. Hoeman Sr. brings over 40 years of experience in financial structuring, risk management, and commodities markets, with a strong focus on agriculture and rural lending. He has worked closely with farmers, ranchers, and landowners to structure financing solutions around seasonal cash flow, land equity, and operational needs. Mark holds a degree in Business Administration and serves on the boards of several privately held companies. He lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife and has two grown children.

MARK W. HOEMAN JR.
Mark Jr. combines a background in investment banking with a passion for agriculture and the outdoors. Before focusing on ag finance, he worked at Wells Fargo Securities in the Industrials Investment Banking group, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets. He began his career within the Valuation & Business Analytics groups at BDO USA. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Kansas and lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife.
